Adam Biltcliffe

Adam has been teaching Mathematics and Computing at Parkside since 2008. He graduated from Clare College, Cambridge with a first-class degree in Computer Science and subsequently spent a year working as a research assistant at the Computer Laboratory.

Starting in 2013 he led the introduction of the Computer Science GCSE to the Federation and has also worked to develop the provision of Computing within Key Stage 3. This year he has also worked with the Prince’s Teaching Institute to develop their new programme of professional development for Computing teachers. He is a hobbyist programmer and when time allows it enjoys participating in rapid game development competitions.

Adam has also worked with Parkside Sixth as a Mathematics teacher, pastoral tutor and UCAS advisor and wishes he had had the opportunity to study the International Baccalaureate Diploma as a sixth form student himself!
